If you need specialised services there is support available for in the home and community to help you or, if you're a carer to not only help the person you care for, but help you in your role caring for them.

These services can be offered directly or indirectly and range from: respite access, home modifications, equipment and goods, counselling, support workers, home care and more. Some disability services that you can access are aimed at specific groups and needs and can include specialised services such as medication deliveries, dementia support or palliative care.
